Taken 25 December 2007 from Caracas (Aeropuerto Internacional del Centro) - CCS to Casablanca (Mohamed V) - CMN

This was a multiple segment trip CCS-VCE via MAD (A343/A320), VCE-CMN (A320), RAK-MAD (A320) and MAD-CCS (A346 really nice plane).The flights were on time except CCS-MAD, but it was not airline fault (airport officers works very slow) and all the airplanes seemed to be new. We lost out MAD-VCE connection and flight were changed promptly and food given for our 8 hours stay at T4 terminal in MAD airport. The general service standard is being improving in all Iberia departments. The flight attendants were sometimes friendly and even smile. There were no seat back TVs and films were not good. The meals (not on internal flight) were great (paid menu on Europe/Morocco flights). First time on a A340-600 and I like it very much. I recommend this airline. I enjoyed the flights and I would flight with them again.
