Fantastic airline. Airbus A330 outbound and inbound. Departed on time outbound, arriving into Sanford early. Service on board was second to none, cabin crew very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Flight deck crew were audible, friendly and very informative, keeping us up to date with progress, weather, and points of interest.

Inbound flight, delayed 26 hours, due to weather. Staff at Sanford airport were brilliant, hotel accomodation couldn't have been better. Flight itself was great, turbulent at times, but this can only be expected during bad weather. Crew very helpful and even more so accommodating due to the long delay.
