Taken 6 February 2008 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Johannesburg (Jan Smuts Airport) - JNB

Gold Elite member, who has just had a another nightmare trip with Air France. Although landed in Johannesburg on time it took over an hour for luggage to arrive on the carousel which made me miss my connecting SAA flight to Durban. Surely AF must start taking responsability for the luggage mess at Johannesburg airport as my husband and I have missed three out of four connecting flights on our last four trips for exactly the same reason.

Return trip - flight 997 left JNB late, missed connecting flight to LHR. I was unable to contact my husband who had to make two round trips of 40 plus miles to fetch me. Next supposed available flight cancelled, as just for a change, French air traffic controllers on strike. Left CdG at 15.00 and arrived 15.28 at LHR. Hand luggage case broken at CdG while going through security machine, they have given me a letter, but just wonder how long it will take for a replacement. I really believe that AF don't really care about their customers, With the debacle of a previous trip, we wrote to customer services who never even bothered to reply.
