Home > Southwest > 2008 > ReviewTaken 24 February 2008 from Kansas City, MO (Kansas City International Airport) - MCI to Houston, TX (William P. Hobby Airport) - HOUI fly Southwest regularly; they are one of my favorites, although Midwest Airlines gets high marks for their comfortable seats and hot chocolate chip cookies. Flight was ontime as expected; service was friendly -- they even accepted my expired drink coupons. I don't like their new boarding procedure: all passengers are assigned a number as well as a letter and are supposed to queue up in order. I got a rude comment from another passenger when I tried to line up ahead of him according to the numerical sequence. Without line monitors, I don't see this working well in America. | ||
