Taken 22 December 2007 from Singapore (Changi International Airport) - SIN to Frankfurt (Rhein-Main) - FRA
The departure from Singapore was delayed by almost 2 hours with no explanation provided by the ground staff. I was allocated what was the worst seat I have ever experienced! The lack of leg room was in my opinion dangerous as I had pains in my legs for weeks after the flight. I am not tall 176cm and there was not enough space. The food served was appalling. The only saving grace was ONE member of the cabin crew who provided extra water and juice. In Frankfurt there was a lack of help for passengers and an indifference to transfer passengers. I won't use Lufthansa again. |
