Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGWUse extreme caution with this airline - not recommended. My flight out of Toronto was delayed by 13 hours due to a maintenance problem with the elderly aircraft. The scheduled flight would have got me to London in the daytime when I could get a train to my destination right away. Zomm's delay left me stranded at Gatwick airport at 2:00 am - hours before any trains were moving. I had to get a hotel at Gatwick at a cost of $200. Any savings I hoped for in booking Zoom were used to pay for the results of Zoom's maintenance problem. My efforts to get Zoom to take responsibility for this were met with silence.
