Taken 23 June 2006 from Toronto, ON (Lester B. Pearson International Airport) - YYZ to London (Stansted) - STN

Prices, aircraft on time were OK, but the service was terrible. Sme highlights:

Drink service was slow. No inflight entertainment

Seats cramped. These are minor irritants.

We travelled with 2 small children (aged 1 and 4) - out tickets said dinner, which was repeated at check in. When we did take off, no dinner, only a snack consisting of a stale role and water. Had we been told, we would have bought difnner for the kids. FA's were singularly unhelpful.

But the worst was the stroller situation:

Upon checking in were told that the kids stroller would be returned to the aircraft door on arrival. But when we got there, the in charge FA said no strollers would be delivered to the gate due to "security". This was b.s. (as we have had strollers delivered to aircraft doors at least 80 times - domestic, international and cross-border Can-US flights) on every other airline we have ever flown. 2 children sleeping at the end of an overnight flight (1 of whom was barely able to walk!), 2 car seats, carry on bags, we had NO WAY to get our things and children off the aircraft without the stroller. The FA and ground staff were quite rude, and refused to do anything to help. The situation was only saved when the captain and First Officer personally carried our car seats to the arrivals hall (after first going out to the ramp to see if he could find the stroller).

We cancelled our return flight with them.
