My wife and I just returned from Mexico courtesy of Sky-service. Contrary to some of the negative reviews we read prior to our trip, we found the whole experience with Sky-service to be very pleasant and efficient. Our 6:40am flight left right on time as did our 10:40am return flight. Yes, the leg room was somewhat limited, but it's a charter flight and what else would one expect. The check in staff as well as the in flight staff were very friendly and did their best to make the flight enjoyable and relaxing. The pilots were great. They provided appropriate updates on timing as well as gave ample warning about upcoming turbulence (not too worry, there wasn't much). Also contrary to previous negative reviews, the food served on board was quite tasty and plentiful. All in all, I'm personally glad that I didn't let previous negative reviews shake my confidence in this airline. After all, they do have one of the best safety records in North America! |
