The cabin crew were friendly and welcoming, the flight left punctually and we found the new aircraft extremely comfortable. It had a much more spacious feel than the 146's which used to fly on this route and cabin crew members said they had received very positive feedback on the new aircraft from passengers. Our flight landed ahead of schedule and we were soon on our way into central London on the Gatwick Express. | ||
