Taken 17 December 2007 from Vancouver (Boundary Bay), BC (Boundary Bay Airport) - YDT to Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) - DEL

I paid close to $2000 for this seat and there were other people on the airplane that bought the ticket around the same time as me but they paid a few hundred less. The airplane itself was pretty tight in comparison to other airlines I have been on. There wasn't very much leg room at all and I couldn't even place my small bag under the seat because it was so tight.

The entertainment was pretty basic as well there was no video on demand and I was not impressed with the movie selection. The staff was pleasant up until Hong Kong but the staff was pretty rude between Hong Kong and Delhi. This was true both on the way their and the way back. The food was pretty good on all the flights.

My major complaint regards seat changes. The seat policy stated that I was entitled to one free seat change. However, when I went to change my seat over a month before my departure date the head office in Jalandhar India first tried to tell me that I have to pay $250+ for the change I showed them the policy and then he claimed that I had a low economy ticket. I did not understand this at all because when I bought the ticket the sales agent said that I was paying regular price because I was traveling during the busy season. After trying at different places for over a month I had to come back on my original seat. There were at least 15 other people that I have spoken to since that had the same problem. The airline booking staff was not helpful at all. They should have some program or something that matches dates for people who are giving up seats to those who would like to change their seats. In conclusion I found the flight overpriced and the airline staff was not very customer friendly.
