Taken 27 March 2008 from Chicago, IL (Chicago-O'Hare International Airport) - ORD to Las Vegas, NV (McCarran International Airport) - LAS

I took this airline as it was a non stop flight and that's what I wanted. Well it turned out to be more of a hassle then anything. The plain in chicago was delayed for 1hr from the weather. Then once we got boarded they had to deice the plain which took another like 45mins. That wasn't the bad flight.

The return flight from las vegas was a nightmare. First we had to see a ticket agent cause the e-machine couldn't find out tickets. The plain was ontime and we all got boarded. But we had to wait like 6 in line for take off. Once we got to take off we were gaining speed when we stopped. The pilot said they had to check something, so we go back in line and do it again. Same thing happens. They take us back to the gate. Where the mechanics were looking at the problem. Well we sat in the plain at the gate for probly 1 1/2hrs before they decided to swap plains at 2am. But we had to be boarded on our other plain by 2:25am. So they had everyone grab their carryons and basicly run to the other gate which was a long way from where we were. Get their only to wait some more for them to get the plain ready. They had to do the safty checks, re fill the plain with gas, transfer our baggage. We didn't get into the air until 3am. The plain was very cramped with uncomfortable seats that barely reclined and we had hardly any leg room.

The only thing that was good about this airline was the free beverages.

They never once offered anything to make up for their mechanical and other delays.

I've been on other airlines that have given our free headphones and other stuff for delays ect... But not this airline.
