When I read reviews about Skyservice Airlines I have to admit I was nervous about flying with them. I was taking my family on their first airplane trip and I wanted it to be a good experience. I am writing this review so that others won't embark on their journey with the same apprehension I felt. We had a great trip. The flight was delayed leaving Halifax by about 45 min or so.. no big deal on our part. The flight itself was comfortable, the seats were not small and cramped as I had read. The plane wasn't cold and we received snacks including a hot sandwich. The flight attendants were courteous and helpful on both flights and I am quite pleased with my overall service with this airline. |
