They refused the confirmed ticket saying they have no reservation although their ticket office confirmed the ticket one day before. The person in charge wrote a refusal note on the confirmation transcript of the office. This thing happens a lot due to overbooking. I think that the airport staff do this to accommodate some other passengers. The baggage handling is poor. One of my baggage was left on tarmac without stickers. I was lucky enough that another airlines staff brought the bag in the departure lounge to find the owner. | ||
