Airlines operational staff is not well trained. They refused the confirmed ticket saying they have no reservation although their ticket office confirmed the ticket one day before. The person in charge wrote a refusal note on the confirmation transcript of the office. This thing happens a lot due to overbooking. I think that the airport staff do this to accommodate some other passengers.

The baggage handling is poor. One of my baggage was left on tarmac without stickers. I was lucky enough that another airlines staff brought the bag in the departure lounge to find the owner.
