Taken 28 March 2008 from Paris (Charles de Gaulle) - CDG to Sao Paulo, SP (Aeroporto Internacional Guarulhos) - GRU

I was very inpressed with tam, traveling with my mother, who is disabled they showed nothing but help and curtesey. on check in moved to center bulkhead seat with three seats given so plenty of room to strech out, and when I advised them ref booking they even offerd to put a english speaking staff on board. free headphones amenity kits and sweets handed out befour take off, hot flanels befour meal and breakfast, choice of three dishes. and full drink service provided twice. with frequent passes throughout the night of juice and water.

Even went to the trouble of finding where my next gate for following flight, could not fault the service. with smiles and genuine warmth unlike some carrier

left 30 late but made up 20.

Would certainly use again a breath of fresh air.
