We were informed of a 3 hour delay on arrival and that steadily increased. Whilst we were given refreshment vouchers, Faro is airport is cramped when busy with little natural light. It was very uncomfortable. We had pre-booked our seats. These were not honoured so whilst we had a refund of the fee we had paid our family were all split up once we had boarded the aging B757 aircraft. The seat pitch is the worst I have ever experienced and overall FCA has completely gone down hill. I had always praised FCA however I have now experienced their customer service. Despite requesting a reply on the customer satisfaction form, which they gave out after the delay, nothing was received. It is not their policy to reply to these and despite passengers legal rights to complain up to 2 years after the event, FCA want nothing to do with you after 35 days. Would never fly out of choice - not my 'first choice'. Unfortunately some services out of our local airport are limited and this year our charter flights are again with First Choice. I will ensure that any problem is reported to them as soon as we touch down on British soil. They have messed me around too many times already. | ||
