Flew outbound slightly overweight, but not a problem. Flight back; main case 13 kg lighter than it went out, now over weight and charged excess baggage. When I went to school, 3 passengers with 15KG baggage allowance each equalled 45KG, but not with Ryan Air, we were overweight with 31Kg between us! On this flight most passengers ended up with extra charges. Ryan Air; a cheap airline, you must be joking. Unhelpful staff and a company only interested in ripping off its customers. When I asked for the complaints procedure, they couldn't find a copy. | ||
