Taken 21 April 2008 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Newcastle - NCL

First time with Flybe, and very pleasantly surprised.

Check in at LGW took about 10 minutes, but this was due to a baggage belt breakdown, which was not the airlines fault, otherwise I would probably been checked in a lot quicker.

Flight boarded and departed on time, and arrived about 5 minutes early.

Comfort on the Dash 8 was fine for a short flight. The cabin was bright, clean and tidy.

The two cabin crew offered the normal buy on board service, which was reasonably priced, and the sandwich I had was both tasty and fresh.

All round a very positive experience of this airline, and will certainly use again.
