Taken 4 April 2008 from New York, NY (John F. Kennedy International Airport) - JFK to Marrakech (Menara) - RAK
Flight AT200 from JFK pushed back early and arrived at Casablanca 40 minutes early. Flight to Marrakesh left on time. Only problem was that they lost my luggage. The tracking process was quite easy to do. the only problem was that RAM would not deliver to my hotel but I had to incur further expense to take a taxi to and from the airport again to get the back. I spoke with a lady who flew in from LAX and she too had the same problem. RAM told her to go to the airport each day to see if her luggage was there!!! Not very customer friendly. |
