Taken 30 April 2008 from Kyyiv (Kiev), Kiev (Borispol) - KBP to Riga (Spilve) - RIX
Flight was undertaken with a B 737-500. As it is the concept of Air Baltic, there was absolutely no on board service for economy class passengers (which usually make up to 95% of all passengers travelling Air Baltic). Of course there were overpriced food and drinks. The worst was that the last rows did not even get a chance to buy something because the process of selling food and drinks took them so long that they had to skip the last 4 rows altogether. Another bad experience with this Airline. However it is hard to avoid them if one lives in Riga. It is hard to understand that they are so successfull given their blatant disregard for their passengers. |
