Early Morning flight from Geneva to Brussels operated by a B737-400.I flew in B. light (low-cost class). Poor choice of snacks. Old aircraft, very poor legroom and miserable staff. They were absolutely not interested in doing their job. They chatted all flight in the Galley.

Return flight in B. flex class on an A319. More comfortable plane. Service in B. flex is OK. I was impressesed that almost half of the plane was b.flex. Nice small meal, good choice of drinks. F/A were just perfect and on this flight they seemed to really enjoy their job.

Return flight was more than an hour late and flight was fully packed.
