My wife & I had a very comfortable journey home from holiday aboard a Boeing 737-900ER aircraft. The cabin was very clean, the seating comfortable and spacing was adequate for a short haul flight.

There was a very short unavoidable delay to departure due to an air conditioning problem which was quickly rectified.

The in-flight snack provided was sufficient (for a flight of this duration).It was fresh & tasty, but no choice. An offer of a top-up of tea or coffee would have been welcome but time restraints may prevent this.

The cabin crew were of very smart appearance, polite and helpful all seemed to speak and understand English language.
