Krakow - Prague - London (Heathrow). This flight was booked as part of a hotel + flight deal through a well known travel website. The outbound flight was an economy flight, also with CSA.

Very impressed with CSA: all flights were on-time, service friendly & relaxed yet professional and efficient, food lovely (a lovely tender steak with seasonal vegetables) and planes very clean and tidy. Plane from Krakow - Prague was leather seated turboprop, with Business section at the rear (with just 3 passengers and 1 dedicated stewardess).

Will definitely fly with this airline again, if given the chance!
