Home > Korean Air > ReviewTaken 22 June 2008 from Brisbane, Queensland (International) - BNE to London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHRMy husband and I flew from Brisbane to Incheon Airport on the first day and were taken to Hyatt Regency Hotel by bus. The flight was very comfortable and the food was plentiful. Our only complaint would be the lack of personal TV screens. We found the staff to be helpful when asked for something. The lack of good English was a small problem as most understood what we needed. My husband enjoyed the Korean food and I enjoyed the European food offered. On the second day we were again picked up from our hotel and taken to the airport. We were able to check in at the hotel as they offer a check in service. The planes were all on time and the plane from Incheon to Heathrow had personal TV screens. This made the journey more enjoyable as we could choose a number of movies to watch. My husband and I wish to thank Korean Air for a very pleasant journey and we hope to fly with you again in the future. Keep up the great service. Jen and Rich Parry Townsville Australia. | ||
