I had been pleased with the airline as I flew from Newburgh, NY to Newport News, VA.

With the ride home, I had been in the airport waiting at the terminal when the flight was canceled one minute prior to boarding time. When I went back to the desk, I was offered a flight to Philadelphia - not told whether it was connecting, not told about the overlay times, nor offered even a place to sleep as the flight was next day. Being a minor, I couldn't take the flight they offered me even if it had connected back to Newburgh as I had no accommodations ready for pick up from the airport to my actual home. I was told a refund would not be given and the woman at the desk simply told me the price I paid "wouldn't get me anything."

I would have thought they would offer to fly me through another airline that would connect to Newburgh, or at least offer me a place to stay and be polite.

I will definitely make sure to go through another airline any other time I need to fly.
