Taken 30 July 2008 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to Vancouver, BC (Vancouver International Airport) - YVR

Having booked these flights months before then reading well documented bad press, I was very sceptical about using them, however, was optimistic that these were 'one offs' and their problems would be rectified before myself and family flew with them to Vancouver. I was right to be sceptical! Flight out was 19 hours delayed. There were tannoys stating that there would be updates at certain times and no updates were given at those times. Only updates given were once people began complaining at the desk. Hotels were eventually provided, however, the time lapse of the flight not taking off and rooms allocated was very lengthy and ended up in complete chaos. People were told to be at airport again by 7am next morning. Again flight was delayed and did not depart until 11am. Would definitely not fly with Globespan again. Despite being a 'budget' airline, I would rather pay the extra amount to fly with an efficiently run airline. Return flight was also delayed 1hr and 45mins. All toilets were not working at rear of plane and also one in middle.
