Taken 19 August 2008 from Gold Coast (Coolangatta), Queensland - OOL to Melbourne, Victoria (Tullamarine International Airport) - MEL
Flew one-way on DJ's 737-800 from Gold Coast to Sydney and then their 737-700 service to Melbourne. Was allocated exit rows on both sectors and the legroom is excellent. Check-in at OOL was uneventful. I have been flying with DJ for a number of years and have decided that many of their cabin crew are either losing interest with in regards to their presentation and customer service. I recall one crew member's skirt full of staines and her shoes were un-polished and worn away. Don't airlines have Line Supervisors any more?? I have also lost count of how many times crew members miss my row to be asked if I want to purchase a meal. Very strange. I really hope DJ are not becoming complacent with service, like a fellow competitor in this country. Despite this, I continue to clock up Velocity Points and will continue to use the airline. |
