Both inbound and outbound flights were on time although we had a slight delay actually taking off from Malaga because of heavy runway traffic, it was only about 20 minutes though and the pilot explained this to us. No problems to report on the way out, the crew were smiley and friendly. There was the usual advertising but nothing over the top, food and drink purchased onboard was pricey but this is to be expected on most airlines these days. The real quality came on the return flight. I am a nervous flyer and one of the male flight attendants must have spotted this when I took my seat. He asked if I was a little nervous and offered me a glass of water and brought it straight to me. He told me that he would take care of me through the flight and if I ever felt nervy or in need of anything all I had to do was call him over. He frequently checked on me through the flight and stood talking to me when we hit some turbulence reassuring me. He also explained what turbulence was and how normal it is. The attention and service he gave was superb, especially for a low cost airline where expectations are low.

The pilot also kept us informed about why the turbulence was occurring and that it was expected and normal and when we would be out if it.

I am not particularly tall so it is hard for me to comment on the comfort of the seat pitch, for me it was no issue but perhaps for someone taller it could be cramped although for a 2.5 hour flight I imagine it would be bearable.

All in all I was very impressed with easyjet and the service I received on the flight home was the best I have received on any airline. It genuinely felt like the pilot and crew cared about their customers and I would happily fly with them again.
