The outbound flight was great with lovely service and enjoyable food. The IFE is good with each passenger having their own screen and a variety of channels to choose from. There was also music and games to go with the TV and movie entertainment. The flight left on time on both occasions with the pilot giving plentiful information as to times, weather location etc, he also pointed out the Azores to us as we flew over.

The return flight was a little more disappointing. The crew did not seem so friendly or approachable. However there was one lady who I could not fault. I was ill on the flight and she made sure I had water and other necessities and came back to look on me quite a few times. I must have been lucky though as I heard another crew member practically bark at a passenger further back.

The flight back was very bumpy for pretty much the whole journey. The turbulence was very rough at times. I realise that the turbulence was no fault of the airline, however, it would have been reassuring for the pilot to address this with the passengers. A little communication to explain or recognise it would have gone a long way for nervous flyers such as myself.

Overall I was satisfied with first choice, the seats were comfy and they have removed some seats on long haul flights to allow for more leg room. The food was good and the entertainment was pretty decent so I would happily fly with them again.
