Rome, Italy to Prague, Czech Republic and return flight.

The flights were adequate, good value for money.

They lost one of our bags, which in itself is not terrible, just a normal part of frequent traveling. However they took 23 days getting our bag back to us and a month (thus far) processing our claim. We got conflicting information when asking of the location or our baggage and the process of our claim. Most of the time, the staff did not seem to know what was going on with our case, and no one took an interest in seeing it resolved. Overall, their customer service is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend this airline to a friend, or anyone else for that matter.
