I am a traveller's aid agent at Toronto airport and this was my vacation to Puerta Plata on March break. Operated on a Airbus A320, it was delayed about 2 hours. GrrrrR! The departure time was supposed to be 6am, but was changed twice to 8am because one of the doors was broken and could have swung open in flight, so it had to be fixed. But my family and I got to the airport at 4 am!! We could have used those 2 hours of sleep.

The flight was only late by about 30 minutes arriving, we made the time up in the air. Service was good and the flight was pretty comfortable.
