This airline sucked. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt when I read the reviews before we left. We traveled from Toronto to Rome to Tel-Aviv and then returned from Tel-Aviv to Rome to Toronto. The food was awful, the sandwiches for "snack" were dry bread with cheese, and the service was despicable. No wonder the airline is going to go bankrupt. There were 6 flight attendants for 200 passengers, but at any given time, only 2 were awake. They didn't answer the call bell (at one point I counted 6 lights blinking for over an hour before the passenger finally turned it off themselves and went back to ask the flight attendant their question). They leave the drinks at the back of the plane, right next to the toilets so there is always congestion. Speaking about the toilets, there are 4 toilets at the back of the plane, and they are smaller than your usual toilet, so if you're bigger than an Italian model, good luck. As for the ticket counter staff, they are no better. Especially the ones in Tel-Aviv, who are cranky and don't understand that we want our bags checked to our city, not a city in the USA! Overall, I've made my personal choice to never fly this airline again, even if it is the last airline on the earth and I had to go somewhere.
