Taken November 2008 from Bellingham, WA (Bellingham International Airport) - BLI to Las Vegas, NV (McCarran International Airport) - LAS

Bellingham to Vegas and back. Flights were over an hour late in both directions. On the way back we checked in and were never informed of the lateness, and the airport monitors indicated that the flight was departing on time. 45m before the flight was to depart we were informed on the PA that the inbound aircraft was 1hr late leaving Bellingham due to a late departure from Vegas earlier that day, and that we'd be an hour late leaving as a result. I went to the gate desk and asked why they did not inform us of the lateness earlier when they obviously knew about it. They wouldn't even acknowledge that they had known it was late hours ago, despite their statement that the delay resulted from a late departure from Vegas several hours ago. Nothing is free onboard, even soft drinks are $2. It costs extra to check even one bag. On the way back the aircraft was equipped with seats didn't even recline. Bellingham airport is a dump and the only place to buy food/drink after security (a coffee cart) closed an hour before the flight departed Bellingham. I'll NEVER fly with these folks again. Poor service, late flights, poorly-equipped aircraft.
