Taken 21 November 2008 from Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles International Airport) - LAX to Bangkok International (Suvarnabhumi Airport) - BKK
My experience with Thai Airways could not have been any worst. My JFK-BKK flight was cancelled without given me any notices. Thai Airways reroute me at the last minutes (2 days before my scheduled departure) to LAX-BKK flight TG795. Then when I arrived at the destination, Thai Airways informed me that they had lost my suitcases, and that the company would let me know when they find out when and where the suitcases are. The company had never once bother to call me to inform about the progress of them tracking down my belongings. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting for my luggages. Neither the Claim department nor Customer Relations were helpful. |
