Check-in at the South Terminal was easy enough, they have self-service kiosks where you can enter your details and change your seat. We opted to do this as we had been pre-allocated the last row. I opted to change to row 10. We then dropped off our bags and made our way though security. Had a nice breakfast at the Frankie and Benny's diner as the other option - Wetherspoons was jammed. I was pleased s Frankies was much more quieter and it has windows too so at least it wasn't dark and dingey. Boarding was very simple and with just a handful of passengers, was completed fairly quickly. The crew, headed by Stella were very polite and professional and showed a great deal of customer service and care. The aircraft, a Dash-8 Q400 (G-JECM) was very comfortable, with plenty of legroom. The whole experience travelling on flybe on this occasion was fantastic, really first rate and I could not praise them enough. Good Fare, Clean and Tidy Modern Aircraft, Exemplary Staff and a good standard of on-board service. We departed on time and arrived early, feeling very well looked after. I would not hesitate to use Flybe or reccommend them to anyone. | ||
