As usual the Air France check-in at T2 of LHR was chaos. Thought I had not managed to check in but finally reaching the head of the queue found I had and could have used the fast bag drop!! The problems were caused by the check in of passengers travelling on AF to Africa with lots of baggage. However after that could not fault the airline. Flew to Prague on B737. Very attentive crew who served a very hot ham and cheese roll, fruit and a chocolate bar with complimentary drinks. It had left on time and arrived early. The connection in Prague was very easy. Flew on A320, again excellent crew served a hot meal and came around later with water. Arrived early in Moscow bags arrived reasonably quickly. On my return after clearing customs there was no queue at check-in in. Was given an emergency exit seat. Flight was only quarter full. Again lovely hot meal, complimentary drinks and water offered afterwards. Arrived 35 minutes early in Prague. The London leg was almost full, a hot tomato and cheese croissant and a carrot and pineapple salad was excellent. Arrived 25 minutes early baggage arrived very quickly. Overall I was really impressed with the punctuality and service of Czech Airline. The in flight map display on the A320 was very impressive, it featured a google earth type map and a 3D display. Will certainly use them again.
