The entertainment system on the plan was one of the poorest I've seen in recent years: - Only 4 audio channels - Only few movies - The movie guide was not accurate and not user friendly. 2. I had two pieces of luggage. I of them didn't arrive. Initially the airline said it was left in Israel. But now, 3 days after the flight, they can't locate it. And it is extremely difficult to get any response from the. Very annoying. 3. After buying the tickets, I called to make a change. The lady in Reservations confirmed to me 9over the phone) the the change was complete. However, on the day of the flight, I discovered the the change was not in the system and spent a lot of time to fix that. Other than that, the flight was good, pane was good, service was good. But, until I hear they get better with the above points, I'm not flying with them anymore. | ||
