Home > Air Canada > 2008 > ReviewTaken December 2008 from Tokyo (Narita) - NRT to Vancouver, BC (Vancouver International Airport) - YVRI have now completed this return journey twice since the new Air Canada 777 was deployed on this route and can definitely say that whilst the lie-flat bed is nice for sleeping, this is the only positive about the new business class cabin. The pods, with their high walls on either side create a very dark and claustrophobic feeling inside the cabin and the width of the seat feels poor compared to that on other airlines. The cabin does not have the bright and spacious feeling that used to exist in the old Executive First cabins. Also, the angled seats, where you are positioned at a diagonal looking into the cabin make it feel like you are constantly looking at your neighbour across the aisle. Air Canada - bring back normal seating. | ||
