Swiss has simplified its service to the bare minimums. "Dinner" consisted to a warm chicken wrap and a drink followed by the standard chocolate (very welcome actually for most hungry passengers). The flight attendants were professional but lacking the friendliness which characterizes other airlines such as Lufthansa. Planes (A-310) were in good condition with overhead monitors showing the progress of the flight and short features. Both flights were on time and Zurich is a pleasant airport for connecting flights.
