Flew with Skyservice from Toronto to Samana. Check-in was smooth as they had about 14 check-in desks open. The flight left on time.

I found the cabin crew to be professional and friendly. They were very personable and attentive.

I had pre-booked an emergency row seat, so the legroom was comfortable. The seat itself was fine for under four hours flying.

The in-flight movie was fairly recent. A hot towel service was provided before breakfast was served. It was only a breakfast roll and a muffin bar, but I didn't expect more.

I was impressed by the complimentary rum punch that was served before our arrival at our sunny destination.
