Great flight

Vancouver to Edmonton

The plane was late arriving in Vancouver therefore causing it to be late leaving but the plane did leave on a day many flights were cancelled do to a overnight snow storm. Flight left 1 hour late and arrived 1 hour late. great entertainment system.

Edmonton to Vancouver

not much to say here other than a great flight and again great entertainment system.

Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful to all me and fellow passengers.

Cost lower than other airlines.

as usual West Jet provided fantastic service

the staff truly show they care about passengers and West Jet's staff are very pleasent and often do make something stressful for some less stressful.

Also love their great sense of humor.
