I was very pleased with Thomsonfly on this flight. We took off on time and were told by the captain that we should only be flying for just over 3 hours due to the the strong winds behind us. This was good news.

The crew were very smart in appearance, and have a lovely manner and were very polite.

The in-flight service started with breakfast as it was a seven am flight. We were served the breakfast with juice and tea or coffee. Very satisfying. We were then offered drinks from the bar followed by tax free goods.

The entertainment was good too. The movie was Ghost Town, and then there was episodes of Gavin and Stacey and Spongebob Squarepants.

We landed very smoothly in Lanzarote ahead of schedule as promised. All through the flight we were updated with the flight path and location on the monitors.

Return flight just the same good service. Meal was chicken and pasta dish, and was very tasty.

Overall good flight with good service, but this is what I expect from Thomsonfly as I have flown with them since Britannia days, and have always loved them.
