One has to commend the sheer professionalism of the JAL staff throughout the journey I had with them from London Heathrow to Osaka. The check in staff were elegant and clearly highly educated and helpful. The cabin crew with the very epitome of professionalism and conducted themselves with pride and a level of dedication one rarely meets these days. The service in terms of food and information and attention to detail was outstanding in nature. It was a pleasure to travel with JAL. Only the cost makes it prohibitive.
