A bus took the passengers from the waiting area to the aircraft. There was a considerable delay of circa 15 minutes in disembarking the bus. No cabin crew greeted the passengers and nobody on the crew offered to help an elderly lady in need of assistance. Other passengers helped her. The seats were fine for a relatively short flight. However, the cabin crew were indifferent and the catering was a mere bite sized cheese roll and cheap coffee. Hardly any information was offered by the captain.
