I shall first commend the hardworking and dedicated staff who made this flight tolerable. The cartering was superb offering both Japanese and Western options. The multi - lingual staff were polite and good humoured and assisted passengers who did not speak English with paper work for immigration. The inflight entertainment system was modern on the ageing 767 although cramped was made tolerable and indeed perfect for the duration of what was a long 11 hour flight. Other than the cost I would not hesitate to use this air line again.
