No newspaper on entry. Way too much security inspections before boarding total 4. Turned entertainment system on late in flight and too early in arrival. Very unprofessional call center staff. Staff at abu dhabi made raciest remarks to passengers. The cabins were unexpectedly unclean as usually the flights to and from the us are the best in world airlines, but in this case the cabin had waste in the seats and on the passages, the bathroom looked unattended to. The staff were courteous but overworked. | ||
