Excellent flight, after years of flying British Airways, I thought I would try Qantas and what a delight.

The cabin staff where excellent engaging in chats with customers and providing an outstanding service and value for money.

As an Australian living in the UK since I was a child it was also great to see UK cabin staff as well as Australian crew at the next stop.

Well done Qantas.
