Home > JetBlue > 2009 > ReviewTaken 12 January 2009 from Salt Lake City, UT (Salt Lake City International Airport) - SLC to San Diego, CA (San Diego International Airport-Lindbergh Field) - SANThis airline I would think to be a perfect airline. My flight was ten minutes early departing, and a half hour early arriving. The crew both in flight and at the airport were extremely pleasant and friendly. They must have had a feeling that I am nervous flying. The ticket agent came around the desk, gave me a hug and assured me that flying was the safest way to travel. That meant so much that they are willing to give the personal touch. She then walked me to security (since this was my first time flying alone; I am 20) and had a attendant at the gate meet me and take care of me. During the flight, the flight attendant made things really pleasant, although they did not have the personal touch that the airport crew had. The seats were nicely up kept, and tidy, along with the entire aircraft. The televisions are perfect for travel as well. I could turn them off when I was sleeping, and turned them on when I was needing entertainment. The cabin was quiet, yet people I was sitting next to were extremely personable and made my flight that much more enjoyable. This is the perfect airline for new travelers. | ||
