Taken June 2001 from Manchester to Toronto Pearson

Flight was CMM332 on June 30 2001, aircraft was an A330-200.

Service was very good, the crew were very friendly and I felt sorry for them having to deal with a bunch of noisy schoolkids who kept faffing round with the "crew call" buttons (if the teachers are reading, feel ashamed).

I was allowed to visit the cockpit, which gains a lot of brownie points in my book. I think, however, on a 7 hour flight we need more than one meal and a sandwich.

Delay marks were lost for a needless 30 min delay at Manchester, and strong headwinds all the way to Toronto, meaning we landed an hour and a half late (although this wasn't really the airline's fault).

BE WARNED about YYZ Terminal 3. The arrivals hall is not a nice place to be, especially when five large aircraft land at once and you are stood at the carousel for an hour and a half. Stay on the plane as long as possible, don't rush because you won't be going anywhere.

Anyway, I would definitely fly with the airline again, especially as the equivalent seat on Air Canada would have cost double the price. Thanks Canada 3000, see you on my return flight.
