Taken 2 March 2009 from Paris (Charles de Gaulle) - CDG to Zurich (Zurich-Kloten) - ZRH

Excellent value for money, courteous and friendly flight attendants for this short flight, never rushed and very professional.

Light refreshment, nice, very good coffee, and even the little cake served was very good.

Good seat pitch, never felt cramped, small TV's indicate route and flying time.

Zürich airport is the most pleasant airport, especially when you come from dreadful CDG Paris.

Zürich is also very easy for connections. Look forward to my next flight with SWISS, hopefully long haul this time!
