My trip was an absolute disaster. First of all, I waited at the gate for the flight to board and once it got to the boarding time, they said they were having crew member issues and that they would take a few minutes before they could board. Then at 11:45 PM, when the flight was supposed to board at 11:00, they tell us that there's no pilot for the plane. They have to re-route me from Jacksonville, FL to Gainesville, FL. Once I get to my next connecting flight the next day (they didn't have any flights that night so I had to wait in line until 2:30 AM to get a voucher for a hotel) they tell me my other flight has been delayed. When I try to complain they tell me that I have to email them and there's nothing I can do over the phone. Then I get to the gate and it's delayed again. The flight was supposed to get into Jacksonville, FL on March 6th at 11:22 AM. It ended up getting into Gainesville, FL on March 7th at 12:45 AM. Absolutely ridiculous. I wasted a whole day in the airport and the only thing that they offered me was a $150 voucher, which I had to further complain for because they said that they only give out vouchers for this thing that at $50. I will NEVER fly with US Airways again.
